Although the 2008 session of Kansas Boys State is history, this area can provide you with helpful information for the 2009 session.
There are several links on this page to information that you WILL need prior to attending Boys State. It is NOT necessary to print out ALL the information in this section unless you so desire. However; It is suggested that you download this information to your computer and read it thoroughly.

You will receive (or have received) a packet by mail with a series of forms, some of which will need to be completed and brought with you to registration.
The only required form to bring to registration is the medical form. The picture order form and Samsung Scholarship forms are also collected at registration, but can be turned in later during the week.

(NOTE: If you print this off it would be helpful if you printed the first page on one side of a piece of paper and the second page on the opposite side.) - NOTE: A KSHSAA physical form for the 2007-2008 school year MAY be substituted for the second page of the form provided that any new restrictions accompany the form.

Samsung American Legion Scholarship Application:
ELIGIBILITY: High school juniors who are a direct descendant, i.e. child, grandchild, great-grandchild or a legally adopted child, of a U.S. veteran who served during a period of war and is a delegate to either an American Legion Boys State or American Legion Auxiliary Girls State program.
