Applications are mailed each December to all high schools and American Legion Posts in Kansas. You can download the 2010 application here.

Once downloaded, you can then fill it out electronically, print it, and send it to the Topeka address listed (once all appropriate signatures have been gathered). Applications are due to the main office by March 31, 2010. To complete the form you will need Acrobat reader (link listed below).
